Frequently Asked Questions
NUTRITIONAL BEER FACTS
Victoria is made from malted barley which naturally contains gluten. The fermentation process significatively lowers its content, however, there are traces of gluten in all our beers. We recommend that you consult your physician regarding consumption.
Victoria is not Kosher certified.
Victoria is pasteurized. The pasteurization process, which assures the microbiological stability and secures the shelf life of beer, is accomplished by heating it at approximately 60°C for a predetermined period of time.
BEER PRESERVATION AND STORAGE
While there are many factors that contribute to beer shelf life, we have found that in order to enjoy the consistently fresh taste of Victoria, it is best to drink within the timeframe of the code date printed on the product packaging.
We strive for the highest standards of quality and freshness for all our products and regularly conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the best quality liquids for our consumers. Our best by / code date is printed on the neck of the bottle or bottom of the can. Please reference our code date chart for more information.
Storage conditions also play a factor in the shelf life and quality of beer. Prior to opening, Victoria should be kept in a cool, dry, dark area away from bright light while avoiding extreme temperature changes. The optimal storage temperature for cans and bottles is 53 - 59 degrees Fahrenheit.
WHERE TO BUY
Victoria products can be located nationwide using our Product Locator.
